Every year Crown Prince Haakon selects out around a hundred leaders and talent from all over Norway to attend his annual conference, SIKT. After joining in 2022 I got invited to the board in 2024.
Romerike Sparebank established its own savings bank foundation, and I was selected as one of the founding board members. The job is to give back to the community the bank sits in — funding local sport, culture, and volunteer work — and to set the investment mandate that pays for it.
