One of my favorite things to do is to build products. Usually, to build the products I want, I have to build the companies that make them. I've built a few companies over the years and sold 3 of them. In between I studied and worked some real jobs.
Giving back to Romerike, as a founding board member
Romerike Sparebank established its own savings bank foundation, and I was selected as one of the founding board members. The job is to give back to the community the bank sits in — funding local sport, culture, and volunteer work — and to set the investment mandate that pays for it.

Reitan Retail, the owner of Rema 1000, 7/11, UNO X, and more, establishes a Future Advisory Board each year. For 2025 the focus was AI, and I sat on the board advising the organization on how to best leverage artificial intelligence. The term ended in March 2026.

Consultancies were hiring students, then firing them right before their internshop/job started. Konsulentkarma is a website exposing firms with these bad practices. Well planned PR made the site go viral, with over 250k visitors.
