Anders Rodem is Head of AI Communications at Reitan Retail, where he works with AI strategy and communication across one of the Nordic region’s largest retail groups. He has a background in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU and artificial intelligence from UC Berkeley. Before joining Reitan Retail, Anders worked with technology and investments at organisations including NBIM, Summa Equity, Firda, and Øgreid. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has built companies across advertising, VR, energy, and AI, including Motkraft, XVR, Spinnaker, and AI-Megler. Anders has served on Reitan Retail’s Future Advisory Board, sits on the board of SIKT Alumni, Crown Prince Haakon’s talent network, and is a founding board member of Sparebankstiftelsen Romerike Sparebank. He combines technical understanding, business experience, and communication to make new technology concrete and useful.
